Create a simple Main Dish for Fathers Day with these Dutch Oven Barbeque Ribs. Whether you are camping or staying home these are simple, easy to throw together so you do not have to spend your day cooking and you can celebrate your Dads! And don’t our Dads deserve the best!
- 5 lbs baby back ribs or 5 lbs boneless ribs
- Seasoning of choice for ribs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
- Favorite BBQ Sauce
In a 12-inch dutch oven cook onions until they are clear.
Season Ribs both sides.
Add rest of ingredients, except ribs and BBQ sauce.
Cook for 15 minutes, just simmering, stirring often.
Add Ribs and cover with lid.
Cook Slow for 2-3 hours until tender.
Add Favorite BBQ Sauce and cook for an additional hour.
